Founded in 1979 by Croatian immigrant Joe Delija, the company began as a small, family-run operation with a vision to deliver exceptional construction services. Through dedication and a commitment to excellence, Joe built hundreds of homes over the years, becoming a trusted name in the industry.

In 2008, Joe’s son, Michael Delija, joined the company, learning the ropes and working side by side with his father to continue the family tradition of delivering quality, detail-oriented construction.

 

By 2015, Michael took the reins of the business, bringing fresh innovation while preserving the high standards that have been at the heart of Delija Construction for decades.
